ITCHARE® is a transformational program developed by Shalva Amos to accelerate multidimensional healing and consciousness expansion.
Rooted in Shalva's broader healing method, ITCHARE® is delivered through a structured three-level journey that progressively moves from practical multidimensional healing and self-work into soul healing and consciousness expansion.


At its foundation lies the ITCH Protocol®, introduced in Level 1: a practical and powerful multidimensional healing and re-alignement protocol built around four essential steps: IDENTIFY, TRANSMUTE, CLEAR and HEAL.

Developed through years of integrative healing work, the ITCH Protocol® brings together core principles and practices of Shalva's healing method in a structured framework for self-healing and personal transformation.

Experienced practitioners may also use ITCHARE® as an introduction to the protocol, beginning to explore its application before deepening their understanding and mastery through the Healing Practitioner Training.


In Level 2, the journey deepens into the subtler dimensions of soul and spiritual healing through the steps ALIGN and RESET.


In Level 3, EXPAND opens into advanced consciousness work through practices including shamanic journeying and Light Body Activation.


Across the three levels, participants are progressively introduced to practices including Quantum Healing, Bioenergetics, Somatic Work, Energy Healing and Light Work.

Through its layered structure, ITCHARE® initiates a true rebirth; releasing outdated patterns, programs and imprints, healing trauma, transforming relational dynamics, transmuting misdirected energy, and elevating vibrational frequency. It lays the groundwork for its deeper purpose: greater coherence, soul integration, alignment with life purpose, mastery of one’s energy field, and the restoration of inner sovereignty and spiritual power.
